Ms. Annie Florence Foster
My name is Alexa Young
Ms. Annie Florence Foster was a retired educator in Charleston County School District. After retirement, she served on the Advisory Executive Board of Owens Christian Academy as well as the bookkeeper for nine years before her demise. In honor of Ms. Foster, The Foster Family, and Owens Christian Academy PTA will award six $500.00 scholarships towards higher education to graduating alumni seniors of Owens Christian Academy.
